These beautiful cream tart cakes quickly became our most popular custom cake!
We bake 3 layers of vegan, gluten-free shortbread cookies, cut into letters or numbers of your choice and fill them with vanilla citrus pastry cream.
They are topped with whimsical details like fresh fruit and yummy white chocolate covered cookies, fondant flowers, candies and vegan macarons!
- Letters/Numbers are 12" tall
- Each Digit serves approximately 10 - 20, depends on the letter and how you slice it
- Some letters serve more than others
- Cream Tart (cookie style) cakes should be served chilled.
- Please transport & setup cakes cold, then allow to sit out 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- You will select your cake pick up date and time at checkout.
- These cakes require 5 Business days lead time.
- Please call for pricing on words or initials.

Therefore we cannot guarantee your cake will look like your inspiration picture as these are made via creative inspiration, in the moment by our cake decorators. Some substitutions will be made by our team at our discretion. We know it will be beautiful but it may not look exactly like your photo.

While the counter is fine for most items, we recommend items be refrigerated or frozen for longer life.

Yum—cinnamon and sugar cake and crumb topping never tasted so good! This loaf was so moist and flavorful, and a wonderful breakfast treat alongside coffee, eggs, and fruit.
This was so worth it for vegan/gf and non-vegan/gf guests alike. The pumpkin and cream cheese layers were light and fluffy, flavorful, and totally worth it—price, calories, and the wait in receiving it! My hubby likes his dairy and gluten very much, and even he remarked how delicious this dessert was. I can’t wait for next year!
This is the most delicious coffee cake I have ever tasted! I brought it to our Christmas Eve event and everyone loved it, including the people who didn't realize it was gf and vegan. They were shocked and went for seconds!

I love absolutely everything at karma Baker. What is not to love? The pumpkin bread is one of my favorites. I can eat that all day long. Not to mention the brownies. The brownies are out of this world!!!!

We have gotten the Karma Bakery Gingerbread house kit for the last few years. The kids really look forward to creating a messy work of art. We are a vegan family of 5. This is the only one we have found that they can both make AND eat! We got smart and decorated it flat this year. We look forward to designing a new Holiday Gingerbread House for years to come.
